Domestic Shipping

All orders are sent via Parcel Post for a flat rate of $10AU. Shipping should take 2-7 business days within Australia depending on your location. 

Please allow 1-5 business days processing time. Custom orders may take longer for production.

You will receive a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

Local Pickup 

Currently we are located in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia. Local pick up can be arranged to avoid shipping expenses.

If you would like to pick up an item, please contact us with the item you would like to purchase. You have the option to collect your pre-purchased item from a local market that we are trade at.

Returns 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Refunds are only available for faulty or damaged items. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
